The course venue did not provide any refreshments. The room was for 8 delegates but the was 19 squeezed in to the room. The air conditioning in the room did not work and there was no windows in the room that could open, so we spent the 2 day sitting in 24' heat. The meeting room next door being used sounded like the supporters at a football match , we had to keep stopping as we could not hear the instructor.
