Love Kate’s Clothing, everything is such great quality and style. Love the sales too. Returned an item recently and had my refund back less than 2 weeks later :)

Have bought so many items from Kates Clothing. The latest being a long skirt & air freshener. I have always found them to be super fast to process my order, delivery is also fast especially compared to other similar shops. 10/10 and would definitely recommend 🎃

I've bought from this website plenty of times now, mostly for hair dyes because even if I live in italy (so with higher shipping costs) the prices are still the best one around. One of my older orders got lost during delivery and customer service was super helpful and reshipped a new order making sure that that one wouldn't get lost. I also bought shoes and a couple of mistery boxes (when those were still a thing *-* ) and every time everything was perfect! I highly reccomend this website!

Amazing customer service as always with Kates and excellent products. I would rather buy through Kates as it’s a much more personal experience. I ordered two items from this company back in April. These items didn't arrive at the time and I contacted customer service, who immediately took quite a hostile attitude. They demanded I fill in a legal disclaimer to say I wasn't lying and the items had genuinely not arrived. I had no problem filling it in but it felt quite hostile from the start. This led to a lot of back and forth emails with Kate's clothing claiming the items had been delivered (they had not been) and flat out refusing to refund me. It felt like daylight robbery. Eventually my items turned up in August, four months after I placed my order! I promptly returned the items unopened using the company's official returns label. I waited and waited and waited...nothing. So 4 weeks after posting the return I email asking if they have my return and they claim they don't have it, so therefore cannot refund me. Frankly at this point I don't believe them. What a palava and stress over two items worth less than £20. It's shocking they won't do the right thing and just refund me. I've been made to feel like a liar by this company who clearly have a problem with their logistics. It's a terrible way to treat a customer and I definitely won't be returning. At every turn I have been ignored, dismissed and disbelieved. The fact remains that I paid Kate's Clothing for two items of clothing and now I have neither my items nor my money. Make of that what you will.

Great variety of clothes but a recent dress I ordered had a tear in the tulle/mesh material part of it Im Glad it was on sale Would not have paid full price for it

In these increasingly uncertain times I would like to give a massive shout out to everyone at Kate's Clothing. They are a small company that do beautiful clothes and I spend a lot of time perving over their website. Having received my beautiful dress I noticed that the side seam had a split in it. This is not a huge problem as I can fix it myself but I thought I would let the company know in case it was an issue with their stock. Today I received 2 e-mails and a phone call from the lovely Hahn (one of the owners), and she said that as I was happy to fix it myself would I like to use the BOGOF offer that I had missed AND have an extra thank you gift too! So I am now getting another new dress and a couple of pieces of make up too. This really is phenomenal customer service. She would have been completely within her rights to say "You are probably too big for the dress, step away from the Wotsits fatty" and "Read the website properly if you want the freebie". Instead she made contact and made me feel like a thoroughly appreciated customer. This is the sort of thing that results in serious customer loyalty. We are too quick to complain about crappy service; it takes no time to give big praise for excellent service. Be it in a shop, a website or a healthcare professional. Say thank you to people. You might just make their day.

Their sales are awesome value, their customer service is excellent and their shipping is lightning fast. A brilliant independent retailer who fully deserves your cash!

I've purchased from this site a couple of times now and it's fantastic, great selection of different alt brands and bloody fast delivery. Only thing I can say bad is the brand Punk Rave seems to run very small 😔. With killstar I buy a XL (uk14) and I've still got some room with Punk Rave a XL (which according to the website is a uk16) is uncomfortably tight and literally just fits. But that's Punk Rave's Fault not Kate's Clothing so 5 stars 😊
