We have just purchased a house using Karl Tatler Estate Agents. From the very beginning to the point of completion, they have been amazing. They were very professional and kept us up-to-date from the start to the end of the Sale. We would like to send a big Thank You to Karla Evans -Assistant Manager and Lucie Smith who was our Sales Progressor.

The Greasby Branch, right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing

The Greasby Branch was very poor to say the least. They showed all the wonderful statistics of how they are the best. As soon as I signed the agreement it all changes, sales executive it was given to (Jess) was useless and got one viewer for the time it was with them. Handed over at one stage to a young gentleman who managed to get two. Went in sit with Jess to see why it's not moving as we had put an offer on another property. She said its priced a bit high (was their evaluation not mine) so I lowered it. Had made the decision they price high as their fees are the highest on the wirral, went it to give them written notice of 14 days as per their contract. Offered Jess the letter she we don't need that will enter into system. So the first day we put it on the market with another estate agent we get a call from Noah saying we were in breach of contract, why you may ask? Jess had not entered anything on the system. I work a lot with companies on Voice of the customer (VOC) They simply don't understand it. Trying to send an email to Karl Tatler himself is some what difficult for obvious reasons, but I will find a way. Quite simple if want proper customer service don't use Karl Tatler

I'm still waiting for my deposit on my house I handed the keys in on the 14th day of the month and on the 22 day of the month I phoned Beth Ellis and she was very unprofessional towards me I wouldn't recommend them as estate agents and property letting agents advertising rental property with pictures which were at least 10 years old planting shrubs in the front and back garden knowingly years down the line they will be too big for the garden asking landlords permission to cut large shrubs down or conifers and saying no even at least 5 were cut down previously finding small faults cooker cleaned £100

Good service

I have been really impressed with the level of service and professionalism from the team, especially Jack who is looking after our sale. Always at the end of the phone for updates when needed. Would highly recommend Karl Tatlers Wallasey.

Did not have a great experience

Did not have a great experience. Unfortunately Greasby branch over promised and under-delivered. Not one viewing during time was listed with them, they suggested we lower the price, when I asked questions as to why the staff member sighed at me over the phone. Went to another estate agent and had an offer over the asking price within days.

From the minute we decided to sell our house with Karl Tatler (Ellesmere Port) we were absolutely overwhelmed by the professionalism from Caria, (We felt very much like novices selling our house, which we have lived in for over 25 years). Carla was absolutely amazing and always at the other end of the phone if we needed anything! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Karl Tatler if we ever decided to move again.
