Kaplan…the proof is in the pudding.
Kaplan does a great job at systematically preparing you to take the NCLEX. Little by little, it builds up your confidence in using strategies to answer questions you have never seen before. I am glad my school used it to prepare us for the exam, because based on our cohort NCLEX results, it was a successful method.

The instructor's expertise and enthusiasm = A+
The instructor, Karen, was wonderful and helped teach us how to the decision tree so effectively. Her expertise and enthusiasm helped us stay focused on acquiring these test taking skills and working through many practice questions. I feel like I have a lot of resources to prepare for the NCLEX

Extremely disappointed.
I studied for USMLE step 1 with the on demand course and it was a complete disappointment. The course is extremely expensive and has A LOT of technical issues. Pages with error, page not found, etc. Getting help from technical support is a pain. The telephone line is not 24hrs every day, and all the emails I sent requesting support were never answered. I could have saved money and stress on a cheaper and better course for sure. I tried requesting my money back, but the time frame to regret your purchase is really short. The video content is ok. Most of the professors give good classes and make the content easy to follow focusing on exam questions, but the videos are taken from the online course, so in the videos, the professor is looking at a chat which I cannot see and sometimes it was frustrating because I couldn´t read the question asked. The price does not match the quality of the product at all. I would never recommend it to anyone or prep with kaplan for any other exam.

GREAT KAPLAN
Everything about Kaplan seems to perfectly align with NCLEX exams. The 3 days review that was made available was very helpful as it gave me more insight to answer questions daily. Not just attempting questions but it helped me build my confidence in sitting for the Exams. Thanks for all what you are doing in life of the up coming Nurses.

A great resource
At first, I thought it would be a waste of time. But it was the best investment of time. It gave me time to study and ask for direct help. The teachers were great and gave extra tips and hacks to study like a college student. Overall, the program improved my understanding of the concepts of AP Bio and helped me feel confident!
