Extremely disappointed.
I studied for USMLE step 1 with the on demand course and it was a complete disappointment. The course is extremely expensive and has A LOT of technical issues. Pages with error, page not found, etc. Getting help from technical support is a pain. The telephone line is not 24hrs every day, and all the emails I sent requesting support were never answered. I could have saved money and stress on a cheaper and better course for sure. I tried requesting my money back, but the time frame to regret your purchase is really short. The video content is ok. Most of the professors give good classes and make the content easy to follow focusing on exam questions, but the videos are taken from the online course, so in the videos, the professor is looking at a chat which I cannot see and sometimes it was frustrating because I couldn´t read the question asked. The price does not match the quality of the product at all. I would never recommend it to anyone or prep with kaplan for any other exam.
