Kaplan…the proof is in the pudding.
Kaplan does a great job at systematically preparing you to take the NCLEX. Little by little, it builds up your confidence in using strategies to answer questions you have never seen before. I am glad my school used it to prepare us for the exam, because based on our cohort NCLEX results, it was a successful method.

Kaplan customer service is terrible
Kaplan customer service is terrible. The first time I called the customer service agent argued with me, interrupted me, and when I asked for clarification she told me I was 'making it up' she didn't say that. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she told me I couldn't. She would have the supervisor reach out to me in 3-4 DAYS!! It has been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for the contact. When I left a review here, Kaplan emailed out to me and after a brief exchange indicated they would reach out to me. Still waiting...

Gets the job done
Informative lectures, structured review, useful (if sometimes confusing) multiple choice practice, and a massive amount of practice made the actual bar exam feel much easier by comparison. No course is perfect, but this was more than enough to get me over the finish line on my first attempt.
