Kaplan customer service is terrible
Kaplan customer service is terrible. The first time I called the customer service agent argued with me, interrupted me, and when I asked for clarification she told me I was 'making it up' she didn't say that. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she told me I couldn't. She would have the supervisor reach out to me in 3-4 DAYS!! It has been 2 weeks and I am still waiting for the contact. When I left a review here, Kaplan emailed out to me and after a brief exchange indicated they would reach out to me. Still waiting...
