K and L Wines and Spirits UK Ltd Reviews

Easy ordering and very prompt delivery .

Order and delivery all smooth & timely thank you

Great wines, great service! Huge thank you K&L Wines! Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. Excellent communication. Excellent wines ! Highly recommend.

Ordered from a new post after trying many choice southern hemisphere wines as a preference. Got a call about a stock issue with a recommended replacement that did not disappoint. Great customer service and great choice. Jules

Really impressed with the efficiency of K and L Wines. Good communication throughout and items arrived quickly in secure wrapping. Delivery driver also very helpful.

I do not normally write reviews but could not ignore K & L Wines as having a flawless level of service/customer care (along with tasty wines). Businesses that can achieve this are rare, so hats off to them!

Had a nice bottle of wine in local restaurant so looked to buy some for the home. Found it here with a good price. Delivery was as expected and bottles were packaged safely. Will definitely order again. Thankyou.

This was my first time ordering. I wanted a specific South African wine which K and L Wines had. It was refreshing to speak to the owner himself, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the speed of processing the order and delivery. This was a birthday gift and my Brother received it the next day!! Thank you for the great experience, we will order from you again.

Sadly, order was delayed due to damage by carrier. However, this was quickly rectified by KandL and I will use again. Some interesting wines!

Excellent service

Wine arrived quickly and intact. Can't ask for more than that

I give 4 stars and not 5 only because of the poor delivery service by Royal mail Otherwise I’m very happy 👍

Service is always great, knowledge of wines is superb and never been disappointed

I bought the Fleurie as a birthday present for my brother. He said it was a beautiful wine, so can’t say more than that!

Ordered a decent bottle of Fleurie for my brother’s birthday. It was delivered safely and on the birth date requested. He told me it was a stunning wine (I’m a non drinker) so all worked well. Can’t fault anything, because it all went to plan! Great experience.

The Spanish Coppa de Sol I ordered was delivered very quickly which was great because it had to come to me in Cyprus via my daughter who was visiting. It's a lovely wine and unfortunately I am unable to purchase here. It was perfect when it arrived and very much appreciated.

Quick delivery.

Excellent suggestions from Gavin to make a parcel delivered to the T for my brother’s birthday gift. Seamless ordering & paying which is a bonus as I’m in Cape Town & not local. Exceptional all round !

Great communication throughout the order process despite a small problem which was corrected quickly
