Quick turnaround, good packaging for this delicate glass decanter, speedy efficient delivery, great decanter.
First time I've bought from K&L. Service was quick, efficient and great selection of wine.
Long story short. I won an auction. They sent me the wrong wine. I sent it back to them. Never received the wine I actually won. No follow up on their behalf. Just poor CU.
Good wine and Fast delivery
Finding suppliers of our favourite wine is not easy. Was pleased that K and L not only stocked the wine, they delivered it quickly and efficiently. We’ll definitely be back.
Excellent service. Delivery very quick, next day with notifications on the status of my order. I recommended a friend and he agreed with me on the service. He had to contact them by email and received a very quick reply. Would recommend!
