Over all I’m happy how things turned out . Justice was served . I was a bit nervous hoping the police would find him to serve him and they actually came through. I wish I could have seen the look on his face at the time of his serving . After almost killing me he still had the nerves to try to blame the accident on me even tho his damage was completely the front of his vehicle and my damage was done to my drivers side of the door . I didn’t get the full amount that I was asking but at least he was proven guilty and has to pay for my loss and his loss all because he was trying to show off in his car driving ignorant through a residential neighborhood. I almost made it home that night it happen right around the corner . He should have been arrested for reckless driving . And trying to falsify documentation telling the police he had auto insurance when he did not . He then went and got himself auto insurance the fallowing day after the accident and report the accident but it was denied because he was lying . Then tried lying to the judge again and say his insurance denied any coverage because it was me at fault . The police report didn’t side with him very well . Justice was served . After you sent me a letter The postal circulated for several days until, on June 30 the postal service said the item delivered left with individual But I still haven't received any reply,I still amazed how the mail got to the recipient. when there was no one in the house and I would like to know next step what should I need to do ..Thank you for you ..always suggested and answered

First I must say that finding and using the People Clerk was spectacular & alleviated a lot of unnecessary anxiety. It is also far more cost & time effective than dealing with one singular attorney, a process server, and all the other facets that are associated with filing a claim for court. My court case was held in a different state because of the internet point of sale, that alone could be overwhelming for a plaintiff. I felt well prepared and I tabbed the Judge's copy of my Evidence/Hearing Packet to be synchronized with mine for presentation. The Judge was appreciative & impressed. Although the defendant Failed to Appear (FTA), I still had to present my case to the Court, respond to the Judge's questions, & the Judge ruled in our favor. Highly recommend People Clerk for their expertise and guidance from initial inquiry to appearance in court. There are no hidden fees and the costs are upfront for services at each step for which a client wishes to choose from.

They did a great job submitting my paperwork and making sure I followed through. They were fantastic!!! My only complaint is they did not edit my submissions unless it was for an extra charge. So my statements had errors. But, I have to say they did a terrific job overall and I would definitely recommend them because going back and fourth with errors in your paperwork can cost way more than this excellent service.
