If it's super easy and simple to set up my claim. Whenever I had any question someone got back to me right away. The best part is that when the defendant was served, they decided to tell their insurance company to pay the claim for the Collision that Geico denied months ago. I highly recommend them and would certainly hear them again.

There were some IT issues but they worked quickly to resolve. I liked that they kept me up to date on what I needed to do. Court was stressful but I felt very prepared. I would recommend! Also, I won my case!

I was a bit meh about the whole lawsuit process - but People Clerk was thorough, concise and made things as simple as riding a bike - utterly painless. This is a great company that helps guide the average person with a Small Claims Lawsuit. I reside in NY and had to file a civil suit against a company with headquarters in San Francisco. The staff @ People Clerk, were phenomenal, every step of the way. Plus, their service is affordable. I wish they were available in the Northeast, too. I won my Civil suit because People Clerk, helped me understand the process, how to prepare evidence for trial, and lots of other helpful hints. Thank You to People Clerk. You guys are the Best!!
