The process for my Small Claims filing was made about as efficient as it could have been with the assistance of People Clerk. Their service gave confidence that forms were filled out correctly and that I had submitted everything needed for court. It made the process much more efficient than if I had tried to do it all myself. There was one small issue in that when I reviewed and made small edits to my submittal package, after the first submission to PC (per the websites recommendation that I do such a review), this triggered another PC review cycle that took addition time and I was then asked to re-review it. Had I known this I would not have made the small edits in the first place as they were not important. Nevertheless, I think this service is great and would like to particularly thank Camila and Franceska for answering my questions and taking steps to make things run smoothly from beginning to end.

I was very impressed with the timing to get the lawsuit issued and served to our tenants that have been evicted but still living at our property until the lockout date. Since we assume they will not leave a forwarding address with us, we wanted to get them served before they left the premises. Therefore, we asked for electronic filing of our case which they did and we received a court date and then they needed to be served. For the eviction, they did not get served for the most part but had to be posted and mailed. The process server was able to serve both of the tenants the day that they went and since the timing was so important as we know they will be moving but hadn't done so yet, we needed for that to happen and it did. They are quick to respond to questions and to offer help with anything we needed to have done. So we highly recommend this company for filing a Small Claims lawsuit.
