Over all I’m happy how things turned…
Over all I’m happy how things turned out . Justice was served . I was a bit nervous hoping the police would find him to serve him and they actually came through. I wish I could have seen the look on his face at the time of his serving . After almost killing me he still had the nerves to try to blame the accident on me even tho his damage was completely the front of his vehicle and my damage was done to my drivers side of the door . I didn’t get the full amount that I was asking but at least he was proven guilty and has to pay for my loss and his loss all because he was trying to show off in his car driving ignorant through a residential neighborhood. I almost made it home that night it happen right around the corner . He should have been arrested for reckless driving . And trying to falsify documentation telling the police he had auto insurance when he did not . He then went and got himself auto insurance the fallowing day after the accident and report the accident but it was denied because he was lying . Then tried lying to the judge again and say his insurance denied any coverage because it was me at fault . The police report didn’t side with him very well . Justice was served .
