This was my first time, I like the way they work…
This was my first small claims experience so I wasn’t sure at first what to expect. Although the company I had an issue with settled with me so we didn’t have to go, I realized that there was no guarantee it would have resulted in my favor. What I appreciate about People Clerk is everything was very easy to follow. To be safe I chose to have the attorney review and there was nothing really to be concerned about. People Court did a great job in emailing me every day with updates on which step of the way we were at. Also, they were able to track down the actual name of the company that oversees the chain of companies, one of which I had the issue with. All I had to do is provide them a narrative of my issue and they created the legal documents, took care of sending paperwork to the defendant and the courthouse. For an additional fee they provide options for the delivery of the supeona and I chose a Sherif. I needed a system that would be as stress free as possible and I found that with People Clerk. I hope I never have to do this again but if so, I will call People Clerk. I like the way they work.
