When I went to the store to collect my parcel, there was their manager in till. She served me, she is not even smiling at me, a bit rude type.. later I see her arguing with the employees aswell. I felt sad, bcz the other customers are looking at them. They were also embarrassed.

I wanted to purchase a football shirt and discovered the shop did not have any. A staff member informed me she could look on lineand order for me. She also informed me that there was an offer on that weekend for free home delivery. The shirt was delivered earlier than expected so result.
Nike item not received and returned to supplier no refund received and no response to my email. Poor service
