I have been thoroughly impressed with the service we have received at Jayman’s in Lichfield. We chose to use Jayman’s and their fully managed landlord service to rent out our house, and Laura Connolly has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. I opted for Jayman’s after visiting several local estate agents and Laura’s professionalism, efficiency and expert knowledge impressed me and put me at ease right from the start; she made Jayman’s stand out from all other estate agents. She is incredibly organised, approachable, reassuring and friendly - no task or query is too big, she is always happy to help out and do whatever she can. Laura has removed all the hassle and made the whole process stress-free for us; she found us a tenant quickly and has been extremely efficient in making all arrangements for us. I feel lucky that we have Laura managing our property and I know I won’t have to worry about a thing as I completely trust her judgment/ work. Today I received the keys from Jay Mitchinson at the Lichfield office only a few hours after landing in England. He has been nothing but helpful and is a very personable guy. Jay and Jayman definitely gives you confidence in the process and I can’t thank him and Jayman enough!
