No problem was too much for Jaymans to sort out for us. Being first time buyers it was a scary time for us both but Jaymans helped us through step by step. Jaymans also provide a broker service free of charge which helped us organise our mortgage and insurances with ease and helped us to understand the procedure a lot more! Phones calls were always answered promptly and emails followed up quickly keeping us in the loop. All round great service and made our first home dream come true without a glitch!

Jenny at Jaymans deserves formal recognition from her seniors and we can not praise her enough. Although we were purchasers, not vendors, she worked incredibly hard for us too, to try to secure a sale in very difficult circumstances. At times Jenny was the only one who kept us up to date, and she offered continued encouragement and support. She had a battle on her hands with Moseleys solicitors of Lichfield, who dragged their feet over absolutely everything, but remained stoical and professional throughout. Thank you Jenny.

As a landlord I would highly recommend Jaymans. Having had experience of other Lichfield agencies this has by far been the best level of service throughout the process of placing a new tenant. I'm very happy to recommend Jayman Estate Agents. Jenny dealt with the purchase of my new property in a friendly and very efficient manner and kept me informed of progress all the way.

Initially we weren't greatly impressed, the agent was 20 mins late for the first viewing and came across very salesy. However we liked the flat a lot, and the service we've received from Jay and the girls in the team you call after moving in have been really helpful, patient with our questions and all round great service. The admin fees are also ridiculous but these are due to be removed later this year anyway. It was just unfortunate we couldn't wait for the property. Overall, the service from most of team was better than expected, the shop itself in Lichfield was very clean and quiet even on a Saturday, and we've got a lovely flat.

Jenny has kept us updated throughout the whole process and it was a pleasure to deal with her. She always acted in a most professional and courteous manner, I would not hesitate to recommend her and the Cannock office to friends and family

We purchased a property that was on sale with Jayman and was assigned Jenny as our point of contact. Viewings were easy to book even on a Saturday and requests were always dealt with promptly and professionally. Throughout the proccess Jenny acted as a great link between Vendor, Buyers and Solicitors. I'd highly recommend Jayman as an estate agents.
