I had a really challenging purchase but my experience with Jayman's was absolutely amazing. At the start I had Erin helping with the offer, she was really friendly and efficient. She also introduced me to Mark who was brilliant he helped me get the right mortgage and made sure I understood everything as I was a first time buyer. Throughout the rest of the process I had the pleasure of working with Jenny who I can only describe as a super star! She kept me sane, chased anyone and everyone that she could to get results and finally we got there. She is an incredible asset to Jayman's and if you have this lovely lady working on your house purchase you're in excellent hands, I can't thank her enough.

I found Jayman Estate agent to be thorough and efficient, particularly Jenny Pritchard who went above and beyond to complete the sale and kept everyone informed and up to date with regards to how things were progressing. I’m sure that without her diligence the sale would have fallen through a long time ago. So from me a big thank you to Jenny who excelled in her role.

I was dealing with the the purchase of a property for my father, throughout the whole process Jenny was really helpful, dealing with myself and my Dad. She was very patient with him and emailed and called me weekly to update me directly. She responded very quickly to any query I had. I would recommend Jaymans to anyone else needing an estate agent.

Throughout the purchasing process, Jenny, mark and Erin provided a professional, speedy service. We were contacted weekly with updates which I believe not all estate agents go out of their way to do. This was very reassuring. A fantastic service which I won’t hesitate on recommending to other purchasers.

I dealt with Erin initially who was very on the ball when ringing up and arranging viewings with the vendor who was very polite and professional so this was sorted very efficiently and then I dealt with Jenny Pritchard as my sales progressor during the purchase of my first property and I cant rate her highly enough, she kept me in the loop at all times, provided me with updates at least on a weekly basis sometimes 2-3 times a week so I felt at complete ease the whole time of my property purchase. Anyone who is lucky enough to have Jenny looking after their matters will be in good hands.

During the last 12 months, I have sold two elderly relatives properties through Jaymans. From the very beginning of each sale I found everyone I dealt with to be efficient, professional and friendly. From James who came to take photos and market the properties; Erin who dealt with potential buyers and accompanied them for viewings; and finally Jenny who did a fantastic job tying everything together and phoned with weekly updates to keep me up to speed with the progress of each sale right through to completion. I would happily recommend Jaymans to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property.

Jenny was really ok the ball with our property purchase. She kept us updated throughout every stage and was able to answer all our questions. She always called us back when she said she would. Jenny is a fab asset to the team at jayman. Thankyou!! X

Have used Jayman Mortgage Brokers twice now. Both times Mark & Karen (in Lichfield office) used their many years of experience to help us find a mortgage that fitted our needs perfectly and were the most competitive. They looked after ALL the searches, paperwork etc and guided us step-by-step to completion both times, sorting out any problems that arose quickly. All costs and charges were transparent from the beginning. We have no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly to anyone considering a mortgage broker for a first mortgage or re-mortgaging. We will use them again in the future.

Support and updates constantly along the way. Great communication and always able to get hold of on the phone. Jenny is a great part of the team who helped with the process.

This review is specifically about my Sales Progressor, Jenny. She was extremely attentive and great to deal with and was an enormous help in moving the sale along! I honestly didn’t deal with anybody else as the viewing was done by the owner and Jenny P was then my contact. But based on her customer service alone, I would recommend them.
