Jay at Jaymans could not have been more helpful, a real pleasure to deal with, Jayman is a wonderful agent. If I ever need to, i would recommenced them to friends and family. He has put up patiently with me pestering him every week, and when we eventually found the right property, he came with me to the house and looked around at great length. I cannot reccomend Jenny, Erin and James along with the rest of the team enough at Jayman Estate Agents in Cannock. Their service throughout the process of the sale of our house has been second to none, with James fitting in the valuation of our property within days of request, Erin always being happy and approachable to answer any of our questions (we had many!) and Jenny updating me weekly on the progress of our house sale, chasing up and being in contact with our solicitors, buyers and even the chain below us! A very transparent and approachable estate agent service - and fantastic value too!

Everything started well and Laura was very enthusiastic about our property. Communication floundered a little with different members of staff taking on different elements of the letting service. At times it did not feel like internal staff were commuicating with each other. On the positive lots of potential tenants were identified and the follow up process seemed swift and efficient.

I decided earlier this year to return to Lichfield with my son and so spent time registering with all the various Estate Agents in Lichfield. Due to its vicinity, Jaymans happened to be the last on my list. I had already been received well by several of the agents visited who had offered me viewings the following Monday and Tuesday. Upon meeting Jay at Jaymans he immediately was proactive taking focused details whilst listening closely to both my needs and the immediacy of my search. He offered me several alternatives and a viewing the following day. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and dedication to finding me a 'new home'. We arrived in Lichfield the following day a little earlier than planned, contacted Jay who immediately 'worked around' our needs and met us earlier than had been planned originally. The apartment was exactly as he'd described and, whilst leaving us privately to make our own decision, allowed us the space and time to confer. We agreed the let, shook hands and made some arrangements. From that occasion until the date we actually moved in on Monday 18th February, Jay ensured that everything went exactly to plan. He reassured us by telephone, e-mailed all relevant details and texted arrangements. I thank him wholeheartedly for a 'job expertly done', and have subsequently shared my experience with family and friends. Can honestly say Jayman estate agents have been fantastic. From the house being valued to dropping my house keys off, all members of staff were fantastic. Having been let down for an appointment only an hour before I contacted Jaymans of Cannock. James came out immediately and was extremely professional and helpful. He took the great photos and explained everything clearly. We then dealt with Erin who handled our 6 viewings over the next few days and kept us in the loop at all times. We sold our property within 4 days! Do not hesitate to use Jaymans cannot fault their expertise and great value for money too.

have use Jaymans for over 8 years to manage my properties and have always had very good service. They keep me informed and all staff are friendly and ensure issues such as certification are kept up to date.
