I love japan crate!

Shipping was so late and long that i had been charged for the secount box by the time the first one arrived. Good for the company as i would never have gotten number 2 if i had seen the first. Only reason a i decited to get it in the first place was that they promised a gift set worth up to 150$ with the box and i fid not get anything so that was just a scam. July box areived today and it is literly only filled about 40% and looks like it is worth about 10$ from aliexpress Edit: suprise gift set anything never arrived at all so that was a total lie to get people to sign up at least in my case. Edit 2: be warned they are flaging bad reveiws to get rid of them. Asked me for no proof of ordering but reported this reveiw as fake. i have sent trustpilot proof of ordering so im not worried but people reading reveiws here should keep this in mind. Update 1 Still no email from japancrate a day later

I absolutely loved May's crate so much! I loved the My Melody Mat, it looks so nice in my bathroom, alongside my other My My Melody and Sanrio items from DokiDoki Crate! I cannot wait for August's crate, that clock looks so cute!

I look forward to my DokiDoki box every month, it’s like receiving a gift each time without the stress of deciding. Plus my mum likes to have a look and steal some of the cute items, even my cats stole my cooling blanket! Highly recommend.

I am new to this JapanCrate and have purchased an Umai, Inku, and Snacks Crate a while ago and I was wondering whether it's possible to cancel future renewals. I have not known that cancelation of subscription after purchase is invalid, still I look forward for this August incoming boxes.

So I started off with Japan Crates Umai crate a couple of years ago and then changed to the Japan Crate Premium and through the years there have almost always been problems with the shipping. From one month getting the crate in 2 weeks (happend twice) in to the next month getting it after 6+ weeks, sometimes with tracking and sometimes without tracking. When you then ask for tracking because all problems through out the years they can't provide it even when you are willing to pay extra just to make sure you get the crates. And now since April 2021 not getting the crates at all with no support from Japan Crate to find out why the crates are not arriving. They did resend but well those did not arrive either so not much help there... But hey as the title say when/if you get your crates they are pretty nice! As of June 2021 I do not recommend subscribing if you live in Sweden :) Edit 1: First edit after the response and it seems they really didn't read the review or the part where I wrote: "And now since April 2021 not getting the crates at all with no support from Japan Crate to find out why the crates are not arriving. They did resend but well those did not arrive either so not much help there... " First saying "We are sad to see that you did not contact us first" Well i did... as written.. and also made it from my point of view clear that they did resend but how does that help me getting the crates when no crates are arriving. So yhee still no action from Japancrate to figure out WHY the crates are not arriving and how there still are problems after 3years since i reported it the first time. So instead of trying to find out why the crates are not arriving they are pushing for "If you want we can help you unsubscribe" Do you feel like a valuable customer? Nope... So still I do not recommend subscribing if you live in Sweden :)
