Nice products when/if you get the crates!
So I started off with Japan Crates Umai crate a couple of years ago and then changed to the Japan Crate Premium and through the years there have almost always been problems with the shipping. From one month getting the crate in 2 weeks (happend twice) in to the next month getting it after 6+ weeks, sometimes with tracking and sometimes without tracking. When you then ask for tracking because all problems through out the years they can't provide it even when you are willing to pay extra just to make sure you get the crates. And now since April 2021 not getting the crates at all with no support from Japan Crate to find out why the crates are not arriving. They did resend but well those did not arrive either so not much help there... But hey as the title say when/if you get your crates they are pretty nice! As of June 2021 I do not recommend subscribing if you live in Sweden :) Edit 1: First edit after the response and it seems they really didn't read the review or the part where I wrote: "And now since April 2021 not getting the crates at all with no support from Japan Crate to find out why the crates are not arriving. " First saying "We are sad to see that you did not contact us first" Well i did... as written.. and also made it from my point of view clear that they did resend but how does that help me getting the crates when no crates are arriving. So yhee still no action from Japancrate to figure out WHY the crates are not arriving and how there still are problems after 3years since i reported it the first time. So instead of trying to find out why the crates are not arriving they are pushing for "If you want we can help you unsubscribe" Do you feel like a valuable customer? Nope... So still I do not recommend subscribing if you live in Sweden :)
