I happily subscribed a few days ago to the monthly premium crate. But while checking out I forgot to put a promo code in that would’ve allowed me to receive a few extra bonus items. So I decided to reach out to their customer support and not only did I receive an immediate response, but one of their customer care specialist called Rion even canceled my order so that I could create a new one with the promo code I wanted. What can I say….I now believe Japan crate has the best customer care in the world. Definitely trustworthy. I’ll be recommending Japan crate to all my friends and family.
