Deciding to update my will I contacted IWC PROBATE AND WILL SERVICES. Lorna Thurlby was my contact on the phone after briefly stating what I wanted Lorna arranged a mutual time and date for me to speak to a will writer. This done my estate divided as I wished, a copy was sent for my approval. Sadly I failed to read the instructions sent regarding my witnesses and I returned the proper will without the witnesses statements . Lorna phone me explaining my error, a new will was sent and this time all forms completed and returned. It was extremely easy and I have peace of mind. Excellent company.

Debbie Wiseman and her team provided superlative service for me in yes, a very challenging time personally so I'm predisposed to be grateful, but all that said, the work they did both in terms of: 1) securing all the necessary paperwork (particularly tiresomely bureaucratic hassle of the Medallion Signature guarantee) on my behalf, 2) doing it very quickly and as painlessly as possible, AND... 3) keeping me apprised by phone and email the whole way along. I can't rate them too highly - five stars was all that was on offer, but it would be higher.

I had to go through a number of paperwork and forms in order to work with Computershare for the transfer of stocks, one of which required Medallion Guarantee stamp. Debbie was very responsive and clear in communicating every step of the way - the overall process was still felt a bit long which took about a month (mid-Covid) but I appreciate the professionalism from her and the team.

He had our documents back quickly and we were able to get appointments with the consulate within a few days.
