Sam Hill dealt with me promptly and helpfully throughout the process of managing my uncle’s estate; her guidance and support with regards to the various shares he had owned - many for more than twenty years - was first-class. IWC dealt professionally and positively with me throughout this process and their charges were reasonable and appropriate in my view.

I am delighted to be able to write a few words in praise of IWC probate services and estate administration. My solicitor's firm in Edinburgh suggested I use IWC because this firm is highly experienced in matters relating to dealing with the transfer and/or sale of shares held in the USA. The process, which can be daunting for a solicitor to deal with, is easily handled by IWC for, in my opinion, a modest and well worth it, fee, compared with trying to have other, less experienced professionals deal with matters relating to shares and obtaining a Medallion guarantee in a timeous manner. I would have no hesitation in asking IWC to handle my affairs in future. Thank you.

I had a negative experience So I dont trust the exemplary reviews posted on here. I would say if you use this company to make sure you do background checks on whoever acts for you. They are not solicitors. Make sure you are updated with the cost at all times..i was not. I used Affillion probate before..they were exellent. Firstly... I did not complain about the previous firm that i engaged ....Affinion probate helped me administer my fathers estate correctly as your employee has stated in his letters. It was at the suggestion of YOUR employee and my representative that we question my "brothers" entitlement to a share the estate and not mine. I was also advised by your employee NOT to provide a DNA test with my brother. Irrespective of this I have provided a DNA test for my brother the results of which are none of your concern, suffice to say everyone, is satisfied with the progression of this matter without the involvement of IWC I did not instruct your barrister to represent me because he wanted £9000 upfront which I did not have. Your response to my critism has been to discredit me in the most scanderlous way you can you are not in receipt of the FACTS Should this matter go to court... I have all the evidence and relevant paperwork necessary to discredict your claims I will definatley discuss this breach of confidentiality and personal information with my solicitors and the legal ombudsman. To publish lies about a private family probate matter, which has not yet concluded, I am sure is illegal. The case is now in the hands of a reputable firm of solicitors and is not yet completed This is a private family matter, and issues relating to the distribution of my fathers estate are also private. They absolutely should not be disclosed. The accusations that IWC have not been paid are unsubstaniated i asked for a itemised bill because contrary to what they say in their terms and conditions i have not recieved any updates in a year as to the cost of the matter only recieving a large invoice last week to be paid out of the estate funds which i no longer hold. They are with my new solicitor I could not trust IWC to hold them and they know why. I hope this answers all your unsubstantiated allegations
