Anyone dealing with a probate matter will know it can be a difficult time. Not only trying to wrap up someone's affairs but also grieving them at the same time. The service provided by IWC and specifically by Lucy Pellatt was nothing short of exceptional. She kept us fully updated throughout, without the need to chase. She was professional, courteous and sensitive and nothing was too much trouble. The onboarding process was smooth as well and the fixed fee is not only reassuring but also extremely reasonable for the work undertaken. I would not hesitate to recommend the company and Lucy to anyone...in fact I have already done so. Thank you Lucy!

I have been helping a friend who can no longer see very well, to update her will with IWC. The consultant who visited was personable and sensitive, and the legal department were very quick in sending out and amending drafts. Hannah was really helpful in answering all our questions, even being on the end of the phone when my friend was about to sign and had some final questions! She also drafted an additional expression of wishes at no extra charge, to put my friend's mind at rest. Thanks for a great service.

I am greatly relieved to have discovered this organisation and in particular Debbie Wiseman.. My husbands sudden death left his estate in a mess, and i had to sell shares in the USA. This was all done easily and took this extra worry off me. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

IWC dealt with our wills as it can be a confusing nightmare sometimes, but IWC made it so simple by asking what we wanted to do when we are no longer around with our estate and finances. IWC also helped my parents with their wills a few years ago . i can highly recommend the company and the staff were very helpful and the forms were not to complicated , but anything you were not sure of someone was always on the phone or e mail for you.

We had to sell shares of a deceased person overseas. The IWC service was excellent and well worth the cost. Every question we had was answered immediately and precisely. All instructions were easy to understand. They completed all necessary paperwork. We only had to provide, sign and notarize some required documents. We were kept updated during the entire time and the process was completed very fast. We very much appreciated and can definitely highly recommend this service.

As promised, and on the timeline as advised. Advise and corrections provided throughout the process so that the MSG stamp was approved when submitted. IMO, the best available way to get an MSG stamp in Canada, for Computershare USA purposes.
