ItsHot.com Diamond Jewelry & Watches Reviews

The staff is so friendly and professional! I was saving for a while for a diamond chain, but when I finally had the funds I didn’t know which one to choose, so I asked Oksana to help me, and she gave me a few helpful pieces of advice to help me with the choice! Thank you!

great company.its real gold and the gold shine beautifully.i get plenty of compliments on my miami cuban link pinky ring.cant wait to get started on my next purchase.its hot jewelry got a customer for life.i have purchase several items from its hot.you in good hands.

I had a great experience here! I bought a Ruxurman diamond watch for my nephew as a present and a Rolex watch for myself. Both watches have real diamonds. The watches are in a different class and price range but I was surprised how nicely the Luxurman watch is made and looks. Rolex is an old time classic and I have a collection of them, wanted to add a diamond Rolex and ItsHot has the best prices for quality watches with real diamonds (diamonds are of a very good quality too). Thank you!

This company has a "Best Price Guarantee" but unfortunatley, do not honor it. Found a used BREITLING AEROMARINE CHRONO SUPEROCEAN MENS WATCH on their website for $4,130 and sent them a link for the same watch for $2,728 and asked if they would match the lower price. The said that it was now out of stock (even though it is still on their website and said that they only sell watches with diamonds, which was not true in this case. Good luck buying from this company (switch and bait)!

I was shopping for a diamond engagement ring, and it was really hard for me to choose. Al assisted me with selecting the ring, and I bought an amazing beautiful diamond ring. And she said yes!

I really don’t know what to look for when shopping for jewelry, I was looking for a present, the staff at this location did such a great job educating me about the pieces that I was able to make an informed decision with little prior experience. The recipient loves the stud earrings we picked so will definitely be back for more jewelry for presents and for myself.

I have been going here for my custom jewelry projects for quite some time. I like unique jewelry items and I love their custom jewelry team. I can do a basic sketch and they take it from there! So far I’ve gotten my custom made pendant, ring and bracelets made. Very satisfied with the service I get here and now working on another pendant! Took me a while to find such a place, I love their work (and my designs :) )

Great jewelry it’s Rebekah place 2 orders wanna see if it’s really 1 day shipping

Amazing selection. Got my husband a great solid gold chain which they adjusted to the needed length. I am very happy with the selection provided, and the quality of the design. Hubby is happy with the present.

Its Hot provided exceptional customer service throughout my entire experience with them. They really went out of their way to help me when I needed it most, suggesting the best designs and quality/size diamond combination to stay within the budget for the custom chain. They are experts and will get you the best quality jewelry at the most reasonable price.

Artur was extremely helpful with my watch battery replacement (for a watch I purchased a few years back from ItsHot) while maintaining social distancing. No other place would help me because of COVID-19 but they figured out a way to let me drop off my watch, and then pick it up without ever actually seeing each other face to face.

Both my chains are very nice. I’m writing this review as I return to purchase another chain. Thanks it’s hot. 💯

I’ve had them make several custom rings for my wife. All of them are outstanding examples of how beautiful jewelry can be when done correctly. My wife has strangers and friends alike ask to take pictures of her rings because they want something similar. I highly recommend having them help you with your next purchase

I love the jewelry here! I purchased a diamond wedding band from ItsHot and it looks incredible. I wasn’t sure what design exactly I was looking for when I first came in but the staff was super helpful and after looking at a few rings found one that I absolutely fell in love with. Great price as well!

I purchased diamond earrings here and I love them! It's very difficult to find men’s earrings but this store has a great selection so I was able to find something that fit my style and couldn’t pass up!

Awesome customer service! Oksana was very knowledgeable about all the jewelry. She also was very patient and kept showing a lot of jewelry since I didn’t know what exactly I wanted. After some time of looking at different types of jewelry i fell in love with a diamond tennis bracelet they had on display. This was a great experience and Customer service was beyond my expectations. Definitely will come back and will recommend this jewelry store to all my friends and family.

The staff is nice. The selection of bands and engagement rings is for all tastes and price ranges. I'm very satisfied with their service. Mark is very informative and attentive.

I found a perfect piece here for my father's birthday present. He really loved his new diamond braclet! We are definitely coming back here again!

I love the quality of my diamond necklace!! Customer service was great, they were working with me very patiently and helped me find exactly what I wanted. Beautiful jewelry, beautiful work, great customer service.
