ItsHot.com Diamond Jewelry & Watches Reviews

I bought a nice Rolex Datejust watch and a pinky ring, was very happy with this purchase, the staff was very friendly. The store has a nice variety of watches and jewelry for some of the lowest prices I saw for that quality (I did shop around quite a bit, nobody beats their prices for the diamond quality they offer). I highly recommend this store to anybody who is looking to invest properly. The quality is beyond.

Amazing service. They do a great job explaining all there is to know about diamonds. I was looking for a unique ring with a type of diamonds you can’t find at regular jewelry stores and they were able to provide some very nice options for my price range (to stay within price range was a requirement). Delighted with what I have got.

I purchased a Rolex watch from them about a month ago. I showed it to two Rolex specialist and they both confirmed that the watch is not authentic! I have been told that the band, the crown and the backplate are not authentic. I can not comment about the movement as I did not want the specialist to open the watch. I had a similar model which weights approximately 110g, this one was barely 60g and this was the main reason I got suspicious and wanted to show it to someone else. I am so glad I did that. The description did not say that the watch was customized so I thought it has Rolex diamond, however, they later claimed that it is customized and they put the diamonds on it. They also claimed that the watch comes in original Rolex box, however, even the box was a replica. Anyways I returned it and they refunded me the same day they received the watch. I had to pay $100 for the shipping since I had to of course get insurance for it. And overall it was a hassle that was not worth it! P.S. I checked their website and notice that they have changed the watch description after I told them that I will be taking legal actions!

Huge selection of diamond watches at fair prices. Indeed, welcoming staff are motivated not to just make a sale and commission, but to actually find the best item to your liking. I left the store absolutely happy with my new watch. Thank you!

Hello,I recently purchased a Luxurman diamond watch and was pleased how good the quality of the time piece was made!Luxurman watches do sparkle!

Went in to get my wedding band that I purchased from them a while back dipped & cleaned for our anniversary celebration! The staff was incredible & super helpful. My ring came back in less than a day looking brand new! Super affordable price too!

They have always been extremely professional and knowledgeable. No matter the occasion they have been able to fit me with the perfect jewelry item, be it for me or a gift for my wife. I can’t say enough good things about this store.

I bought a diamond watch for my mum here and I am absolutely satisfied with every part of the purchase. It was fast, efficient, great recommendations from the staff, the watch looks amazing.

Absolutely the best jewelry shop in the area! Best prices, and it’s a family owned business that truly values their customers.

I bought a watch from them recently for my dad, and I have nothing but great things to say about the service I got from Arthur. He was very helpful, easy to deal with, and accommodating. I was amazed at how great their selection and customer service are. I strongly recommend this place for its amazing service, product quality, and affordable prices.

I've bought two braclete from them and I am throughly satisfied with the items I bought and their customer service. One of my most pleasant online purchasing experience and received both items in less than a week.

I thought I was getting free shipping, that's why I signed up and I did click a free shipping tab

These guys know what they're doing. Purchased my wedding jewelry from here and they were very kind and fair throughout the entire process. Best prices and service hands down! They made me feel like family every step of the way, and I was so happy with my purchase.

My sister wanted a diamond bracelet for her birthday and honestly, I got tired of looking. When I came into the store, I was desperate. But I am so grateful that Oksana was there to help! She offered so many different options and I finally found the one like my sister always wanted, a diamond tennis bracelet that looks great and I was able to afford genuine diamonds!

I want to rate this place as 10 out of 10! I was so impressed with their individualized approach and genuine interest in satisfying customer’s needs. Artur and Max were super polite and provided great recommendations. Thank you!

Mark was great at helping me figure out what I wanted to do for an engagement ring. It took a few tries, but he was patient and accommodating much more than I would expect. A great level of service that really set me at ease with such a big decision as purchasing an engagement ring. She said yes!

To be honest, I wasn't here to shop, just to look around. But I ended up spending 6k buying a diamond Rolex watch (Oyster Perpetual Red Dial 18K Gold). The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about watches - he helped me make up my mind to own my first high-end quality watch ever after having a great conversation with him! The price helped as well, I know its a pre-owned watch (can’t afford a new one with diamonds yet) but the watch looks great. I've been to different jewelry stores and watch dealerships, no-one was more friendly!

My first time visiting a jeweler since moving here. I bought 2 pairs of earrings from them. The customer service was excellent, friendly and respectful, earrings are of very good quality, diamonds shine nicely, great value overall as well for this quality.

I can't say enough about the personal attention I receive here. Al is always so pleasant and patient, helping to find just the right jewelry piece for myself or my family. His attention to all the details I'm looking for is astounding. But it doesn't stop there - all their staff goes over and above to make your experience a lasting experience. I needed to customize their lion ring with a ruby in its mouth and size it, needed it for a present, but couldn’t wait while they do it at the store. They finished the job and overnighted it for me to present it on the next day! And this is what makes them outstanding.

Customer Service and Live Chat has been second to none! Will recommend this shop to my friends!
