Rachel Baker was a very supportive mediator, who helped me to feel safe during sessions which could have otherwise been emotionally very challenging. She helped us reach a conclusion after a very long divorce process which we hadn't been able to resolve through solicitor negotiations. The end is now in sight! Highly recommended :)

For anyone wanting a recommendation for excellent Court of Protection solicitors, I can highly recommend Irwin Mitchell. I personally would like to thank Katy Cowans and Natasha French for their professional support, expert guidance and advice throughout my involvement with them. Although they work to a very high professional standard, both have a wonderful friendly and accessible approach and never made me feel any question was a silly one. Everything is explained in a way I understand and at all times their work is kept very person centered, with the aim to achieve the best outcome possible. I return to Katy and Natasha each time I need a solicitor within my work role, and will continue to do so in the future. I tend to work alot with Katy Cowans for particular cases and she (and her team) are always helpful and no question is an issue. Katy will deal with all that she can and very little comes my way to address.
