Excellent communication and support
I have just had my case completed after nearly 3 years and I would definitely recommend Irwin Mitchell to anyone. My case was handled by Jennifer Shipley and she was everything you'd want in a Solicitor; Supportive, professional, informative and kind. She was always at the end of a phone or email and guided me through the process every step of the way. When Jen went on Maternity leave my case was transferred to Catherine Lee and I was a bit nervous at first, as it was quite far down the line. But Catherine was just as professional and supportive and guided me through the negotiations at the end perfectly. Not only did I win my case but I also got the compensation I hoped for.
