purchased watch from invicta told my order would arrive on Monday 25th July!!!Still not received my order ???if the order is running late fair enough but contact me and let me know!! this is poor customer service.i have several watches in my wish list but if this is the way U treat your customers I won't be purchasing anymore!!!

The watch was not working when it arrived. I have not had time to get a battery for it. I was very disappointed.

I have placed a few different orders this year. The order 1006946801 2 of the watches were said to be delivered to 453 32 rd my address is close to that 435 32 rd I did get 1 package 1 watch but the other two went to the 453 address. I have not gone to that address as of yet. I find it a problem that they kept the package because it has my name on it.normally you call you guys and say this is not our package.so if they did not call or return I have a big problem with that take a look at it see what you can do to get my watches. Ordered a watch from them and got an order confirmation. When I went on to their web site to chase the order it couldn't find any details. Tried the chat facility on the website, but that just asks you to leave your email address and they'll get back to you. Used the contact page on the web site to query my order, got no response. Call them, but phone constantly engaged. 2 Days later I emailed them and got a response the next day saying the watch was out of stock and the order had been cancelled. Still chasing them up to see when I will get a refund. Overall a very poor experience, and judging by the reviews on here, I'm not the only one. If this is what it's like trying to buy a watch, I'd hate the think about having to get one fixed under warranty, so I won't be buying another Invicta watch.

I love invictus watches I alway brought them for my son or husband ,here lately I have brought 4 for myself did not know they had watches for ladies too .

Another order came today, this time everything is OK. The watch is undamaged and also the boxes are fine. If it was always like this, we would be very satisfied and we would not have to solve problems as in the previous shipment. I express my satisfaction with this shipment and I hope that the previous shipment will be resolved. I give ☆☆☆☆☆ for today's shipment.

Very poor customer servise. They do not answer their customer service line and you just get excuses in a recording on why orders have not shipped. They have had my money for 7 days and nothing! I am disputing the payment and will never order from them again

Great fit for my collection.

My husband was absolutely thrilled about it, as he had been eyeing the watch for about a month. He has had many compliments on it, and he couldn't be happier with it.

I returned a watch to them for a refund. They received the return on April 12th. Waited at leat 10 days and nothing. Followed up with at least 4 messages through their website and still no response. I finally had no choice but to call paypal and get them involved. To date (3 weeks in) still no refund. Invicta stores is quick to charge your credit card on new orders regardless of when it ships and are always very slow to issue refunds or returns. I always have to call or e:mail to get a refund. Simply horrible.
