Horrible Experience
Ordered a watch from them and got an order confirmation. When I went on to their web site to chase the order it couldn't find any details. Tried the chat facility on the website, but that just asks you to leave your email address and they'll get back to you. Used the contact page on the web site to query my order, got no response. Call them, but phone constantly engaged. 2 Days later I emailed them and got a response the next day saying the watch was out of stock and the order had been cancelled. Still chasing them up to see when I will get a refund. Overall a very poor experience, and judging by the reviews on here, I'm not the only one. If this is what it's like trying to buy a watch, I'd hate the think about having to get one fixed under warranty, so I won't be buying another Invicta watch.
