I regularly use these for my locusts and aspen. Nearly Every order I have placed turn up the following day. There have been a few occasions when the order has been lost in the post, on each of these occasions the order has been resent with no quibble. Service like this is hard to find so I remain a loyal customer.

I dealt with this company through eBay and I purchased a vivarium from them, not only was the product perfectly described and exactly as pictured but it arrived very quickly. I was so pleased that I personally wrote to the company thanking them. They are very polite and helpful to deal with, I would highly recommend buying from this company and see for yourself they are amazing to deal with!!

I regularly purchase live crickets from Internet Reptile. I have made about twenty purchases I estimate. On one occasion I felt that the crickets were not in especially good condition. On one occasion the crickets took four or five days to arrive. On neither occasion did I bother to complain. So on 18 occasions good quality crickets have arrived by the first possible delivery (well done Royal Mail), as I live on Orkney I think that is a very acceptable; recommended.

I have always had such great service from you guys. Very quick delivery and the live food is always in good health. very rarely do you get any dead. Great size too. I did have to phone once about something and I received help like it came from my best friend. so cheerful and very happy to help. Keep doing what you do guys, perfect!!

I can not even find a company that matches Internet Reptiles service, so why should I ever want to change and get my pet food from some one else.

Check out Internetreptile - very reasonable prices, delivery outstandingly swift and the goods are quality. I use them for my live food and have done for ages now. Internetreptile is my 'Go to', my 'Starter for 10' :-))

I buy all my bearded dragon live food from Internet Reptile. They always deliver quickly and the insects are high quality at a good price.

Live food is good for the price and are always well packed but just lately delivery has been a bit hit and miss last week got it in 2 days week before took 4 days

I originally tried to order from their Amazon store and they would not ship to me in Jersey. I then ordered from their website and while they would ship to me, they would not refund the VAT (which is not applicable to orders shipped to Channel Islands). Their prices are good, but they need to rethink their shipping policies. Good email response after I posted my original review.
