If I could give more stars I would, from beginning to end the service by the whole team has been absolutely outstanding. I have been a buyer and seller on quite a few occasions over the years and have never dealt with a company that has such a wonderful and professional work ethic. From the very beginning the communication was what made all the difference. At no time were we left wondering what was happening, every step of the way we were kept informed and up to date In particular by Brandon whose commitment to the sale and us as his clients was probably what got us over the finish line. Intercounty were helpful and efficient and went the extra mile to make sure the sale went through as quickly as possible. I dealt with Peter Telford and Tom Harper, both of whom were very obliging; Peter made extra visit to the property to help clear up additional queries from the buyer. I was very satisfied with the service I received.

Had a poor experience with Intercounty renting a property in GT Dunmow. Feel I was conned out of money at exit with unfair and unreasonable deductions made for cleaning when property left in a much cleaner state at exit compared to entry. Feel that Intercounty colluded with landlord to inappropriately deduct funds from deposit. Will never use them again or recommend to anyone.

Excellent service from both Nicholas the branch manager at Braintree and then from Jake Frisby who regularly kept me up to date with the purchase of our new home. Due to challenging problems at the bottom of the chain they both went out of their way to expedite the process and kept us informed every step of the way. Intercounty were very effective, customer-focussed, professional letting agents. They understood our needs quickly and did not hassle us for feedback on every property we saw. They were knowledgeable and personable, whenever we needed information from them they were very prompt and professional. In particular this review applies to Harry S, who was our primary contact and very reliable throughout, however the rest of the team we engaged with were excellent too.

Jason, our valuer impressed us initially with his extensive research and professional approach. Intercounty have kept us well informed of the progress of our two house sales at all stages, and have negotiated well with the buyers on our behalf. They are very good at chasing up viewers to get valuable feedback. I would recommend them to anyone.
