The staff at Intercounty couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. They were fantastic at communicating and I always knew what was going on during the sale of my house. They dealt with a difficult tenant on my behalf and made sure everything went smoothly with the buyers. I'm very thankful for all their help.

Chloe Haken and Luke Harrison at Braintree had to work very hard in the final days of securing the tenants for our property through no fault of their own AND neither was it ours or the tenants!! The referencing agency, sadly I do not have their name yet, fell woefully short of what it says on the tin, REFERENCING. They failed to pursue the stumbling block as ferociously as these two employees had to and dealing with the payroll department of a High Street frozen food company who only deign to answer their phones for two hours a day has to be experienced to be believed! Such incompetence and indifference. Chloe had been on hold for nearly half an hour to this company when we arrived in the office and finally she got through and explained very clearly what was required and we needed it now not next week. She got it. These two have more patience than I have and now our tenants are moving in after a delay of many days. Thank you Chloe and Luke.

Intercounty have been fantastic from the beginning right through to the day we sold our house. The promotion of our house and the specification of the sales brochure was excellently thought out and attractive to new buyers. Andy was always available when we needed him and everyone at south Woodham branch were friendly and approachable. They have always been quick to chase up other buyers and solicitors within the chain to ensure that all sales and purchases run smoothly. If we ever sold again we would definitely use Intercounty.

The staff at Intercounty in Stansted were fantastic . Special mention to Jenny who talked us through the whole selling and buying process and with her explanation and advice she made us feel very at ease with what can be a very stressful process. All the staff are very professional at all times. They took care of 90% of the viewings and updated us every step of the way and gave good feedback from prospective buyers as well.
