After deciding to rent my flat I saw 3 agents from different companies. I was most impressed with Dan from the initial meeting, he was very thorough, had excellent knowledge of the rental market and great advice for a new landlord. He worked with me to my timeframe and after advertising the flat to rent it was taken 4 days later! I wasn’t aware there was so much to sort out when renting a property, however I can say that working with Dan has made the process as easy as possible for me. Nothing was too much trouble, whether it was a query I had via email or telephone, and always responded the same day. When I was packing he came to me at the flat as it was easier for me. Having tried to sell my house with another agent last year, I used Intercounty this time. In a very tough market, they managed to book plenty of viewings and I was delighted to sell to a lovely family who live nearby. It was important to me that the house that I have lived in for nearly 20 years went to someone who loves it as much as I do. Helen, in particular, worked exceptionally hard for me, securing the initial offer well into the evening. I am extremely grateful to her for all her hard work. Doug also kept me sane, particularly around the time of exchange which I was finding very stressful. He worked tirelessly on my behalf and I am extremely grateful to him too. William, Olivia, James and Jack also deserve a mention - everyone did their very best for me. If you are wondering whether to use an agent with a more expensive fee than, for example, online agents do it. They were worth every penny.

I rented a property from Dan at Intercounty recently, we had a tight turn around but he did everything with ease, did a fantastic negotiation between the Tenant and Landlord to get the let complete and was a pleasure to deal with. Would thoroughly recommend them.
