The service was excellent was kept up to date on progress and using the DocuSign system made the whole process very easy

bought the property through the agent and experienced extremely supportive and accommodating attitude to honour the need of the customer be it buyer / seller. Interacted with Jack and Doug and both are outstanding in terms of customer relationships and would mostly be available over the phone. Doug as a sales progressor helped us get over the line when there were significant challenge in connecting with bottom of the chain and chasing every day from pillar to post. I am sure anyone else would have got irritated with the number of calls / chase I did to Doug to seek update on a daily basis, however Doug has always been patient and provided needed update as and when was available. excellent services with Jack available to arrange the appointment we sought to visit the property at numerous occasions.

From finding us a suitable property to negotiating with the landlord, Harry S and the team at Intercounty Bishops Stortford were fantastic. Harry maintained excellent communication throughout the process, ensuring the whole experience was seamless and stress free. Thank you.

Awful communication skills and poor customer service They charge for everything even renewing the same contract every 6 months All in all very disappointed with the service from Intercounty and will not be renting from them in the future!

Intercounty helped me find my first home! Everyone always answered my phone calls and even texted me when convenient when I was a work and couldn’t answer the phone. And questions I had big or small there was always someone there, right from how to pay my bills to setting up insurance for my contents and my self! But a special thank you to Dom and Luke and the other man who’s name I can’t remember at Braintree for their professionalism throughout and of course their constant banter and entertainment making a stressful situation enjoyable and unforgettable! It has been a very good and rewarding experience with Intercounty in finding an excellent home in Stansted Mountfitchet. I had contacted other lettings agents in Bishop Stortford and i have to say i particularly did not have a good experience with few of them. This led to me contacting Intercounty and right from my first call to them until completing all formalities for the Flat that was provided to me......it was a very professional and courteous service added with a personal touch to it all the way. I will like to thank Harry, Amy, George............with special mention to Reece who helped me to find my right home. I was supposed to move in my 18th May, but on my request Reece was able to arrange an early move-in by 15th and also guided us with all the rest of the formalities. Very impressed with the efficient and proactive service provided by Intercounty in Old Harlow, particularly Brandon, Matthew and Jason. They went over and above to help me with my sale and purchase, even assisting with my property back home while I was on holiday. When any issues came up (which inevitably happens with any property sale and purchase) they were quick to communicate and keep all parties informed. Doug Whybrow is the reason I am giving 5 stars, he is able to progress sales quickly by being an excellent mediator and communicator between all parties. He kept us in the loop and up to date and was quick to act when needed. A very pleasant and highly professional individual, it's just a shame the sale is complete and we won't get to work with him again anytime soon!
