Absolute evil company. Thousands and thousands of accounts have been falsely disabled by Meta and there is no human support. Mine has been banned for 3 months, and I tried everything. They don't care.

Schlechteste App aktuell mit weitem Abstand. Reels werden teils in Fetzen hochladen, Stories mit Text werden erst gar nicht hochgeladen und mein Account wurde vor vier Jahren ohne Grund gebannt. Babamäßig!
After years being on the platform, I’ve seen this company take over and ruin a perfectly fine platform. Using untested AI moderation and using REAL USERS as TEST DUMMIES is NOT OKAY. I had my account falsely accused of CSE and banned immediately after the appeal. How can a company this big let an AI RUIN its platform. Thousands of users who enjoy the app are being SLAPPED in the face and we can’t do anything back because THEY HAVE NO REAL HUMAN SUPPORT. HOW CAN A COMPANY HAVE NO HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. HOW LAZY AND GREEDY DO YOU HAVE TO BE META.
My account has been locked for three weeks now with no one wanting to help, there is no dedicated support team to help with any problems I may have. This app is being ruined.
I understand this sub isn’t for direct customer support, but when the actual support system on the platform is completely unresponsive, users have no choice but to seek help elsewhere. Instagram has ignored my report for days — my account is stuck in Creator mode and won’t switch back to Personal. I’ve tried all troubleshooting steps, and reporting via the app did nothing. If there’s a better subreddit or channel to report serious issues like this, I’d appreciate being pointed in the right direction — not just auto-removed. Thanks.
Banned me for violating terms of service when I never did, with no recourse. Im a semi-popular musician and have been trying to get this addressed for weeks with no actual support. AI moderation, AI "support," AKA they don't care at all. I have paid meta probably 2000$ over the years and I feel completely swindled. Absolutely awful company that deserves to tank. GIVE ME MY ACCOUNT BACK
My instagram account got banned on June 12th, Ive appealed since, received a code in my phone and email, then asked me for verification with my face ID, is June 30th and I still have no answer. The saddest part is that this account was linked to my facebook account, account Ive had over 17 years where I have all my sons pictures. They dont care at all, its VERY SAD, that after years of being a loyal customer they do this to us. Horrible and mentally devastating not to be able to see my friends since I dont longer live where I grow up.
Banned and accused of wrongdoing overnight. Since my intsagram and facebook accounts are link, my facebook was permanently disabled as well. Ive had that account for 20 years! I submitted an appeal and got a response within a minute stating it was confirmed was in violation. How could you verify that in a minute?

They ban people for no reason and hit you with serious accusations because of their stupid AI. NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE would not reccomend any meta softwares to anyone especially if they're all linked because if one goes down, everything else meta does too. #boycottmeta

Non arriva ad essere peggio di Facebook che è il peggiore in assoluto, ma insieme a Threads rappresenta un trio dell'orrore della famiglia Meta. Dopo averle passate tutto, ma davvero tutte, l'ultima novità è un ban del mio device: improvviso, senza preavviso, senza motivo, e senza alcuna possibilità di risolvere. Nessuna mail, nessuna notifica, nessun supporto umano. Solo un muro di silenzio da parte di una piattaforma che si regge su milioni di contenuti ma non offre alcun rispetto per chi li crea. Google e YouTube, a confronto, sembrano aziende di un altro pianeta: trasparenti, strutturate, con sistemi di assistenza reali. Meta invece dà la sensazione di un impero automatico, disumano, e sempre più distante dagli utenti reali. Acquisiscono, copiano, e distruggono... Peccato, perché Instagram avrebbe potuto essere molto di più. Ma è diventato il simbolo della disconnessione tra piattaforme e persone. Io non lo utilizzo più da ormai molto tempo, spostatevi altrove.
I was accused of wrongdoing on Instagram and all my Instagram accounts have been BANNED! as well as my Facebook account and messenger!! Since the beginning of June and as for everyone here, we have been banned for no valid reason and false accusations. I was first shocked and then reassured when I saw that I wasn’t the only one! I am in the process of writing to my lawyer for the request to fully reinstate my profiles. And it is almost impossible to use a second account because the device is also banned from Meta and if we manage to open an account on the computer, it is banned or after 15 minutes. Or then Meta requests a verification by face detection by importing our identity card, and then banned after 10 minutes because obviously I can no longer open an account. Please META do something!! we are not the only ones to be banned!!
I loved Instagram in 2018 or so. But now it's being moderated by an a.i, it banned my accout without any evidence of a ridiculous claim. Not only that, it will ban you permanently from everything meta related. They don't care about users at all.
Banned personal account with many memories and no support whatsoever
I got banned without a reason from Meta's AI. They have no human support to which I could talk about this issue. This is ridiculous and embarrassing for such a big company. Years of memories are lost.
Unfortunately, I can't recommend using Instagram to anyone. I've lost four accounts within a year that were deleted from Instagram for bogus reasons. My last account was deleted at the beginning of June. There was another major ban wave, and many accounts were deleted.There's no real contact person on Instagram. You only get answers from chatbots. I've had accounts with over 60k followers that are lost forever. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I’m from Hong Kong and I got permanently disabled on June 5, at first I got suspended but after appealed I the permanently disabled email within 5 minutes. I was pretty shock because I didn’t do anything. Please recover my account back
My Instagram account was disabled while it was deactivated. I never received a warning or explanation. I wasn’t able to access my data or get help through their support system. Very disappointing experience and no clear way to resolve it.
