Hired a car through imperial for 2 days whilst staying in Zante, the whole process was so easy and affordable. I paid an extra €8 a day for the full insurance package which wavered any excess if there had been an accident. One company wanted to charge a staggering €1,000!

Do not recomment, cheeky customer service, not polite at all. Wouldn't be surprise for me if it was a scam.

Servizio perfetto e puntualissimo. Prezzi onesti. Ci hanno portato l'auto di fronte all'alloggio e l'hanno ripresa all'aeroporto. Veramente impeccabili!

A terrible rental. We had a car ordered at this 7 -day rental on the island of Samos. The reservation took place 14 days before arrival. However, no one expected at the airport and when we contacted the rental after half an hour of waiting, they just told us that their probably one car had an accident, and offered us a car more than three times more expensive, which of course we did not accept. If it was true with the accident, they would certainly contact us themselves, and they didn't expect us to call them half an hour after the planned handover of the vehicle. They just made it up. We often borrow cars from other loans, but we have not yet met this terrible behavior. Never again this rental!

No problems! Rented a car for 3 days in Kefalonia, Greece. Saved us about €100 than had we gone through Tui. Car was great condition, only issue was they dropped it off with hardly any petrol, so had to go and fill it up again, which took about 20 minutes, but other than that all was fine. Responded to my online enquiry within minutes. Car was dropped at our hotel at the agreed time. Would use them again.

We hebben een auto gehuurd bij imperial car rental Corfu airport. We werden opgehaald op de airport, alles ging snel, papierwinkel doorlopen en kregen een grotere auto mee. Bij het inleveren wederom een snelle procedure en werden vlot naar de airport gebracht. Die zit 3 minuten verderop. De borg was binnen 2 dagen retour. Vriendelijke, fijne mensen en geen gedoe. Prima auto ook.

La voiture reçue est dans un piteux état. Notre sécurité est en danger, la voiture tremble littéralement au dessus de 80 km/h.

Ho noleggiato a Chania(Creta) dal 4 al 15 agosto un’autovettura piccola. Ho avuto una macchina nuova, il servizio è stato ottimo alle 21.30 sono venuti a prenderci all’aeroporto nonostante chiudessero alle 21 e che fosse domenica. Ho avuto la necessità di consegnare l’auto 2 ore dopo rispetto all’orario prenotato e hanno dato immediata disponibilità. Tempestivi nel rispondere alle mie esigenze. Prezzo conveniente considerando l’alta stagione e i prezzi della zona. Consiglio sicuramente.

Abbiamo prenotato tutto tramite mail, senza dare dati della carta di credito. Da Kos aeroporto per dieci giorni. Il nostro volo ha ritardato e la signorina al box in aeroporto ci ha aspettato oltre le 21 pagando solo 20€ in più perché era fuori orario ma sinceramente ci sta, pagato in contanti. La macchina era una Peugeot in perfette condizioni, non ci ha dato mai problemi. L' abbiamo restituita al parcheggio dove l'abbiamo recuperata e un ragazzo gentile ci ha rassicurate sullo stato della macchina e abbiamo lasciato le chiavi. Se sapete tenere una macchina in buono stato stando davvero attenti alle strade che solcate va tutto bene.

Salve ho noleggiato per 5 gg un auto di media dimensione a Corfu’, pagando anche l’assicurazione full, mi hanno dato una Volvo vecchissima, portiera lato passeggero si bloccava, cintura guidatore si inceppava, ammortizzatori inesistenti, ma la cosa più grave tergicristalli rotto e la sfortuna ha voluto che il secondo gg a piovuto sabbia e non ho potuto proseguire la mia giornata aspettando che finisse di piovere ma ho avuto il parabrezza sporco sempre con forti limiti di visibilità, per non finire l’auto non aveva la presa per caricare il cellulare problema enorme perché facendo lunghi tragitti per visitare l’isola avevamo la paura che il cell si scaricasse non potendo poi usare il navigatore/satellitare, per non finire mi hanno consegnato l’auto a riserva, quindi ho dovuto trovare un benzinaio prima di arrivare a destinazione….. Secondo me sono stati furbi perché avendo fatto l’assicurazione full mi hanno dato un rottame, ho chiesto anche un cambio ma la risposta è stata negativa, il mio errore è stato solo di non aver controllato il tergicristallo (problema grave per l’incolumità di tutti noi) Consiglio di prendere l’auto da un’altra parte

DA EVITARE: Cefalonia prenotazione per una 6 posti durata 8giorni, fatta e confermata all'inizio di Aprile, per un noleggio fine giugno e ancora in corso. L'auto, utilizzata da 2 famiglie con 2 ragazzi disabili, è una Fiat Doblò vecchia con seri problemi al motore, frizione ed al volante che fa strani rumori nelle manovre a fermo. Per motivi di sicurezza dei passeggeri è stato richiesto più volte la sostituzione del veicolo e un certo Nikos dopo 2 giorni ci ha risposto di ripassare in Aeroporto. All'indomani dopo fila al banco dell'Imperial Car, l'impiegato ci ha detto che nessun veicolo 6 posti era disponibile e che se succedeva qualcosa, incidente e/o danni ai passeggeri, che c'era il loro servizio d'assistenza della compagnia disponibile. Ho scritto numerose mail al Customer Care denunciando che il veicolo NON è SICURO ma nulla è stato fatto! Fine della mia esperienza NEGATIVA.

Wij hadden een auto geboekt voor 2 dagen met een pick-up/ dropoff bij het hotel. Na 45min wachten toch maar even gebelt. Een aantal telefoontjes verder en het probleem was ons wel duidelijk. Het bedrijf had een fuckup gemaakt. In onze bevestiging stond duidelijk dat ons hotel de pickup locatie was. Toch bleef het bedrijf de schuld bij ons leggen ondanks dat het gewoon zwart op wit stond. Tegen bijbetaling kon de auto alsnog wel gebracht worden, welgeteld €50 voor heen/terug. We hebben 20 minuten moeten lopen naar de desbetreffende autoverhuur waar we vriendelijk te woord werden gestaan. Zij bevestigen wat er in onze bevestigingsmail stond. Uit principe de reservering geannuleerd en bij de buren een auto gehuurd. Deze fout was helemaal niet zo erg, shit happens. Maar durf gewoon je fout toe te geven.

So long story short , I rent regularly from companies like sixt and the likes , this time I choose this “broker” to find something cheaper , 1 week the car has returned and the money deposited for the “warranty” is still not back , every other car rental returnes the money immediately , the car rental hire from their site , unprofessional rude , my money I still not back , I called imperial car rental to tell them about it , they said they have already “freed” the money so it will be back in my account , I called my bank , asked them if there has been a move to “free” the money , and they say NO! , I call them again , they lost their words , tried to lie , and tel me it needs time while my bank already said that they didn’t even “freed” the money . Disgusting scammers , do not rent from this site , better safe than sorry and pay some more

Had a blowout and now have to pay for it when the tire as a stair was not legal and I could have paid for it a lot cheaper half the price much cheaper than that even if I done it myself and a slight dent which could have popped out with a finger push and being charged astronomical plus admin fees just a rip off

SCHIFO CAR (NO IMPERIAL CAR) L’esperienza più negativa che abbia mai fatto. Una prenotazione online di 6 mesi prima, ci rifilano una Suzuki alto del 1998 (in pratica della mia età), sporca (abbiamo i video da poter correlare) e piena di ammaccature da tutte le parti. Insomma la più brutta del parco auto. Ogni volta che la si accendeva se non si spegneva almeno un paio di volte non partiva. Rumori meccanici assurdi, ruote consumate al massimo (ogni volta che facevamo una curva si sentiva uno stridulio assurdo). Ma la cosa che più ci ha dato ai nervi è stato quello schifoso, presuntuoso e arrogante uomo (solo per la barba che porta al viso) che ti accoglie in quella specie di stanza nel parco auto. Da dire che sull’isola penso sia l’unico “essere” con cui non si riesce a scambiare una parola in italiano. Chiede solo soldi in più che da contratto non c’è scritto nulla e menomale che abbiamo le prove scritte (si è preso 150euro di cauzione ma online questa cauzione non viene citata minimamente). Spero solo che mi restituiscano in fretta il restante dei soldi perchè vorrei denunciarlo con tutto il cuore. Vorrei dire con tutti i soldi che gli italiani gli portano a questo ogni anno, in quest’isola che non ha nulla da offrire se non il mare, nemmanco impara una parola in italiano senza sbuffare..che persona orribile!

Abbiamo noleggiato dall'Italia un'auto Dall'aeroporto di ikaria. Appena arrivati c'era già un addetto che ci aspettava con un cartello con scritto il nostro nome ed in 5 minuti abbiamo firmato il contratto, pagato (accettano sia carta che contante) e con la cartina dell'isola ci ha spiegato i posti da visitare.La macchina è stata soddisfacente. Al rientro abbiamo lasciato la macchina al porto ed è stata molto comodo e senza alcun problema.Ottimo servizio, prezzo onesto.
