Just wanted to leave feedback for our job today. Sam, Jay and Dean arrived on time and were extremely considerate and diligent in their work. They did a great job in super quick time and cleared site very well. Couldn't praise them highly enough! Running a construction company, I have high standards and expectations of service and your company and staff exceeded these - how refreshing! Great job, well done, thankyou!

Angela was great to deal with organising and pricing. Sam, Colin, Ross & Jamie all did a great job in replacing my water mains. I am renovating an old property and Impact Utilities was defo one of the best contractors ive had in. Pleasure to deal with.

Colin and Danny , great couple of lads , grafted from the start and tidied up after themselves . Excellent and would recommend to anybody needing a new water supply pipe for their home. Angela was also a delight to deal with and communication was excellent.

Colin and Danny- two nice young chaps came and replaced piping for my calor gas from a very awkwardly positioned tank to my mobile home- the job was very well done and you wouldn't know they had been there, replaced everything just as it was.I am very pleased with the results.

Kris and Ross came to replace pipework at my house,on behalf of Calor. They were polite, explained clearly what they intended to do and, carried out the job efficiently. Including clearing up any mess afterwards! Would recommend them, a good team and, excellent ambassadors for both organisations.

Colin and Danny really do know their stuff and were very quick to find the source of my kitchen water leak from their tests and so avoided digging up the floor. Colin's advice was invaluable to me in what was a rather awkward situation. IMPACTU will be my first choice in future.

Kris and Tom arrived to install a new propane tank. Very friendly guys who answered any questions we had. They installed the tank and cleaned up after the job was complete. Cannot fault the job they've completed. Great assets to the company. Thankyou.

Colin and Danny came to sort out a leaking water main. Both very helpful, in fact couldn't do enough for us. Showed us where the leak was, fixed it, tested it and showed us the repair. Best of all they left the site clean and tidy. The only other comment I'd make is that Danny needs to learn to drink builders tea and not that milky crap disguised as tea!! Great lads, great firm, would absolutely recommend.

Colin and Jay fixed a leak in our corroded mains pipe, which required them to dig up some patio. They arrived on time, located and fixed the problem and tidied up well afterwards. A little finishing off to do in a week's time (due to the bad weather interfering) was scheduled with the office before they left. All in all, they were professional, efficient and courteous. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

I would thoroughly recommend Impact Utilities. Quick, efficient, tidy and courteous! Initially, I spoke to Angela to gain a quote and book the team into carry out the works. She swiftly made the necessary arrangements and provided a competitive quote. The team - Colin and Danny arrived as arranged and did a fantastic job laying 25m gas pipe. They checked everything with me first and then set to work. They laid the pipe as requested and then filled in the holes afterwards. You’d never know they had been on site! Colin and Kris were friendly and professional. They came to remove 20m or so of lead piping. It was a tough job, thanks to a very uncooperative extension to our house, but they wouldn't leave until they found a way through. Strongly recommend.

From initial contact with Angela providing the quote to the works carried out by Colin and Danny the service has been excellent. They arrived when they said they would, explained what they were going to do and got on with the job. They were very tidy and it is impossible to see that they have dug two holes in the driveway. Once the pipe was installed and re-connected they made sure I was happy with the results and how they had finished surfaces and work carried out. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company - extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Colin and Danny arrived bright and early to install a replacement water main. They fully explained the work they would be undertaking and kept us informed every step of the way. Although the work was not straightforward the work was completed in the timescale stated and we were without water for a very short period of time. The area was left clean and tidy afterwards.
