Best mousepad I’ve owned in a long time super high quality and fully matches my setup. Ordering was also stress free with fast delivery, thank you guys will shop again if i decide to change design :)
The image on my mouse pad was extremely pixelated, when I viewed the preview I was lead to believe it’d be much better quality. Other than that the mouse pad is fine but most of the reason I went this route was for the image.
I just received my package. Didn’t wait to long, just 4 or 5 days and I was so excited when I got it! And it didn’t let me down, the package was handled with care and the mousepad was everything I hoped it would be! I normally don’t leave reviews but they’ve gain a costumer for life and I’ll recommend it to my friends! Great quality!

Amazing Quality off print, vibrant colours and glidable surface! Couple things to mention: The smell off the product is nauseating, highly recommended airing it out or spraying with colone. Also the outer edges are marginally curved but barely visable. Would 10/10 recommend, overall quality is excellent and product fits description 👍

Bought 3 mats from this company and ordered the wrong size by mistake. I asked if I could return the mats and buy the larger size, firstly it took nearly a month to get a response! Then I was told they don’t do exchanges. However, AT NO point during the buying process did they highlight this. I would never have bought from them if I knew this. The company told me this critical information is hidden in their FAQ!!! I had no reason to visit their FAQs. Now I’m left with three mats I can’t use and a company who won’t help. Please be aware of how this company operate. 21 May update. Asked for more details which I’ve supplied and still no response
What a fantastic mouse mat, it is far superior then any I have had over many years. The finish is superb, beautifully finished and believe it or not, it is washable. The mat surface is realy good and picks up my mouse movement very accurately. I fully recommend ID Gaming without reservation.
I wasn’t planning to leave a review this early, but idGaming emailed me requesting one—so here we go. The website claims rush shipping takes 3 to 5 days, but U.S. customers should take note: this does *not* apply to you. Realistically, you're looking at 10 days at best. I'm currently on day 13, and based on the tracking information provided, there’s still no estimated delivery date. Customer service cited a single UK bank holiday as the reason for the delay. One day shouldn’t result in a delay of over a week. As for their customer service—it’s barely that. Responses are slow and lack any meaningful detail or assistance. Edited for ID response (I created the orginal ticket on the 8th and responded to that via email from that point on. I can share those responses or lack of responses if you like. ) Disappointed overall, especially given the expectations set by their website.
Didn’t know much about the company spent £60 on a custom mousepad was worried that the design I made might look bad but the quality is on point and the feeling of the mousepad is the best I’ve ever had so i definitely recommend
BAD customer service and overall don’t think i will get any package! i ordered a custom pad on may 3rd & they promise for it to be shipped next working day (which would be may 5th), we’re now here over a week later and no sign of it being dispatched. i contact them may 6th and they say it will be dispatched the next day instead, it didn’t. contact them again may 8th and they say it’s been delayed because they have a bank holiday in the UK and it will be dispatched today now. i check again may 9th now and surprise! it hasn’t been shipped. we’re now may 10th asking when this will be shipped STILL and they’ve stop responding entirely. don’t buy from here.
Mousepad it’s great, but the delivery partner in Italy is awful. I waited my package about a week since it was at warehouse (gls)

La calidad de impresión es impecable, la calidad de los materiales es muy buena, y la presentación del producto está muy cuidada, lo único es que la alfombrilla llegó un poco manchada, tiene un desperfecto en la costura y hay que tener cuidado con los bordes pues aunque encajes la imagen como te piden, acaban llevándose un poco más de la imagen. Por el precio que vale, me parece un buen servicio

The selection of desk mats was great. Thr mat itself is soft, thick, has a nice border stitching and grippy back so it doesn't slide around. The design is nice and clearly printed. Will buy more stuff from these guys in the future:)
Really poor customer service, contacted them nearly a month ago but no one has contacted me back!! Would never buy from them again radio silence and no contact phone number!!
Ordered a pad with custom design. It was so easy, you literally just upload the picture, and shift it to the edges. The delivery was in time. It costed helluva lot for a pad, but when it came, all doubts went away, it was totally worth it. I would’ve posted a picture, but I don’t see an option in the review writing(
