Superb Quality and Amazing Customer Service
Had a custom design printed by ID Gaming, the quality of the print is stunning and the mat seems really rugged and should be hard wearing and last a long time. Their customer service is second to none too. It had a really minor defect that I thought was rubber that had stuck to the top in transit, so contacted them to see if they had suggestions for fixing it, I washed it in the washing machine, the print remained as epic as it was to prove it's robustness, but the defect remained. I would have been fine with a small voucher off my next one, but they were not and insisted on reprinting it for me. Can not rate them highly enough. Fantastic response, quickly dealt with. I will absolutely be buying from them again.
