Extremely disappointed with Huboo as a fulfillment partner. In the midst of one of the most significant regulatory changes for e-commerce businesses, the removal of the U.S. de minimis exemption, Huboo has been completely absent. While other 3PLs proactively reached out with support, guidance, and DDP solutions, Huboo offered no communication whatsoever. When we raised tickets, the responses were generic, unhelpful, and revealed a shocking lack of understanding of the issue. Their customer service agents seemed completely clueless, often giving copy-paste answers like “this doesn’t affect Huboo,” which is simply not true for any business shipping to the U.S. Beyond the lack of strategic foresight, operational issues persist: fulfillment delays, incorrect invoices, and repeated mistakes that cost us time and customer trust. It’s clear that Huboo is not equipped,or willing to adapt to a rapidly evolving global e-commerce landscape. If you’re a growing brand looking for a proactive, reliable fulfillment partner with real international capabilities, look elsewhere.

I have worked with Holly and more recently Maximilliam from support for almost a year now. They have helped me in so many areas of our business to ensure that our fulfilment runs smoothly. They are both really supportive, kind ad responsive!
Maximillian responded clearly with a detailed response, and a friendly approach regarding the technical issue we are experiencing. Once it was apparent we were not on the same page, Maximillian was able to schedule a call where we were then able to understand the issue.

I’ve been using Huboo for over 5 years. In the beginning, the service was great — efficient & reliable. Unfortunately, over the last 12–18 months, things have gone massively downhill. Orders are frequently delayed, they always have ‘busy’ spells which means orders are locked for a long time (I.e locked ready to ship/not sent) - obviously not great when you offer express shipping. Beware - Random charges appear on your account. A lot of unexplained charges if you look into things, random £9 charges and After randomly checking one day, I found I have been paying 20p per item sent for an ‘insert’ which I never used. I raised a few pricing concerns with Huboo around 6 months ago, Greg and Richard amended the pricing on my account, as I have been with Huboo for a long time. A few months later, I receive an email saying, the prices on your account are increasing. Looking into it further, there’s a 10% increase on things sent by Evri, and around £2-£3 per shipment increase on Royal Mail. Shocking! After enquiring that the prices have only just been adjusted on my account, I got the answer Greg and Richard have now left. Nothing is ever consistent at Huboo. Luckily I have always used other fulfillment companies along side Huboo. If you value your business, avoid using Huboo. Other companies do it a lot better and more efficient. I will be slowly phasing Huboo out and taking my business elsewhere. Such a shame to see such a downturn.
Victoria the Customer Service Agent was so hopeful from the first initial call, right through to the end of solving the issue I was having. She responded to all of my emails in a timely fashion, and instilled confidence in me that my issues were being addressed promptly and thoroughly
Destiny has been very helpful at responding and resolving any customer service related issues quite quickly. Recently we needed a country briefly unblocked for one order. She set this up and had it sorted out straight away.
I'm not very techy, but with th ehelp and guidance of Maximillion I managed to get everything set up and running smoothly (fingers crossed). Maximillion couldn't have been more helpful, and showed much patience to get me over the line.
After a difficult end to 2024 for Huboo, things are only getting better for the business following the takeover. Big shout out to the customer service and warehouse team for their willingness to work through problems, transparency and getting us back on track. Special mention to Kieran for helping us with all of our cases in good time with excellent comms. Keep up the good work for a great 2025.

Customer Service is always responsive and pleasant to communicate, our representative Sofi especially. Our only complaint is having over charges in our account very frequently, but they are being resolved after we raise the issues.
