Hi, Have done a lot of cscs touch screen tests over the years with no problems and passed all, I must admit I'm not very computer gifted and i really struggled with this luckily my work colleague was taken the same course and was in other room and could give me technical assistance,the lady who took the course (Joy) seemed to have no control over the class i found it very difficult to understand her, With touch screen test you get a book you revise book go to test centre and do test takes about 1 hrs tops , why can't this be the same instead of sitting there for 7 - 8 hrs wasting time .
