No spare buttons
My son gifted me one of their beautiful Harris Tweed Blair coats. The fit was not quite right but I am probably two different sizes top and bottom. So I wanted to just move the button across but keep the original. I am most annoyed that my email to customer services did not even receive a reply, I then phoned and the assistant fired off an email to customer services explaining that I wanted to know if I could purchase spare buttons. Still no reply. This was not a cheap High Street coat and I would have expected such a costly coat to have some spare buttons, especially as the coat only had one large button to do the coat up with.
