Quick and clean, no wasting time

Really good experience for a couple of years but last 6 months has been terrible. Regular cleaner needed to move her hrs to a slot that wasn’t convenient. They tried to get a replacement but the people they sent were awful. Either incredibly slow (one room and a wipe over kitchen surfaces in 2.5hrs), or fast but very careless. But it was the behaviour- ranging from last minute cancellations, to covering up breakages, to making moves on me. Just made it such a stressful experience Eventually we found one who did a reasonable job (though far slower than our original cleaner). He did two sessions and then took 6 weeks off. Housekeep have been no help in resolving and just say there’s a shortage of cleaners at the moment. Have decided to get our original cleaner back and move things round to try and make it work. But looking round for options to get an arrangement that works for us and for the cleaner It’s a shame as when it worked it was great

I have been using Sherell's cleaning services for months through Housekeep and I am extremely pleased with the quality of her work. She consistently cleans to a high standard and is polite and professional. I highly recommend her.

Great cleaner

We went through Housekeep for our end of tenancy clean and ended up with Nicole and Marius coming over to do the job. And they didn’t just do the job, they smashed it. 5 years of living in a property does a thing or two to the carpets, fridge and oven but they genuinely brought it back to feeling like the day we first stepped foot in the flat. Highly recommended.

Was a wide enough time slot but they just about made it. Very efficient when then got here and reasonably priced

The cleaner was 1 hour late, didn't clean the kitchen properly (despite being handed out a detailed list of everything that needed to be cleaned), and didn't complete the 2 hours (she did 1h45 in total). The customer support through the Help Desk was almost non existent, yet strangely the after-sale support was extremely reactive, and called me 5 times in 30 min. They most the could offer me was a voucher of 30 min (whilst the minimum booking time is 2 hours for a clean) and they refused to compensate me with anything better. Avoid.
