Multiple different cleaner who are unreliable and poor customer service where I am not notified what is going on. I am still waiting to receive my keys back despite cancelling my account! Do not recommend!!!

Some of the cleaners are not thorough

Housekeep helps me put my house cleaning on autopilot. I really appreciate it for not having to think that much about organizing a cleaner.

I contacted Housekeep to enquire about having a cleaner to come to my home every fortnight to dust shelves & general housekeeping tasks. All I wanted was a quote on how much was this going to cost me. After having had their response I took my two week holiday to have a break. As I didn't reply straight away I started to receive loads of emails with different offers from them trying to persuade me to take up their offers. In approx 2 months & possible slightly longer I received over 50 emails from them trying to get me to hire someone to come for the position I was wanting to employ. The amount of emails was overwhelming virtually on the brink of me thinking that this may be a scam & I still think it could be. It's either that or they are so desperate for business, which doesn't surprise me either. Therefore, I never took up their offers. Just beware....

Setting up the cleaning appointment was easy and efficient. The clean itself was amazing - the place has never looked so good. Highly recommend the company as a whole and the cleaning team in particular.

Polite thorough and reliableservice

First regular clean booked for today between 9am and 12pm. At 11:45, with no sign of the cleaner, I used the chat function in the app to find out whether try were coming. Response was the cleaner had an emergency and couldn't make it. Why wasn't I told that without having to enquire. The clean is niw rescheduled for Monday, but I'm unsettled by the whole experience today. Not a great first impression!!

Not fit for purpose

Terrible company , cleaner damaged my bath and have offered two hours of credit to the account ( intially one but I had to call and complain again ). If the cleaner damages your property don’t expect them to pay for it because they will not . ( the “robust”accidental damage that they are referring to is them crediting your housekeeper account to book with them again , not paying for the actual damage )

Patrick was brilliant. Extremely polite, respectful, and clearly takes pride in his work. The standard of cleaning was excellent and the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Would definitely book again.

I booked a regular clean and filled all the information about my property, including the fact that I have a dog and cat. When cleaner arrive he mentioned he was not told about the dog and that he would not clean unless we put our dog away (only place cleaner does not need to clean is the patio and will not leave my dog out in the cold given I had advised she would be home). Cleaner was also extremely rude to my wife when he saw the dog. Company called to discuss the issue and implied the issue was my fault for not putting my dog away instead of theirs for not communicating to cleaner appropriately.
