Late and incompetent cleaner
The cleaner was 1 hour late, didn't clean the kitchen properly (despite being handed out a detailed list of everything that needed to be cleaned), and didn't complete the 2 hours (she did 1h45 in total). The customer support through the Help Desk was almost non existent, yet strangely the after-sale support was extremely reactive, and called me 5 times in 30 min. They most the could offer me was a voucher of 30 min (whilst the minimum booking time is 2 hours for a clean) and they refused to compensate me with anything better. Avoid.
