A Brilliant 5* Experience Again

We have been fortunate enough to sell and purchase various properties through House Fox over the years and once again we received a great 5* service from the start to completion. Neil and his team were on the case from the beginning. Sensible and valued advice and always kept us updated. Towards the end nearing exchange / completion we had an major issue with the start of the chain but Neil jumped on this problem and rectified the situation within a few days which all meant we could complete at the end of March. Do not go anywhere else, these are the guys you want to sell your house through. Massive Thanks to Neil and his professional team for fantastic service. Cannot recommend House Fox enough. Thank you.

House Fox Sell House Quickly

Very approachable and knowledgable of their local market. Sensible advice and once chosen the property was listed on the Internet within 48hours. Plenty of well composed images generated immediate viewings. From listing to completion just 8 weeks. Thank you. These are the guys to sell with.

Neil and the whole team were exceptionally professional from our first meeting. They were always available and honest in our discussions and although it was a lengthy process they brought about a successful conclusion. From the very first contact will Neil…

From the very first contact will Neil and the team nothing was to much trouble ,from marketing the house to completion ,they were always on the end of a phone call,Niki kept us constantly updated and helped with chasing up solicitors ,I can see why they win so many awards ,I would highly recommend House Fox 100%.

I Called House Fox at 8:15AM, they answered the phone, talked me through the property I was interested in and booked me in to view. I thought this was an amazing service all before 9AM!

Great service from the team at House Fox.

The team based in Weston Super Mare were so professional, knowledgeable and supportive during a difficult time for our family. Despite the financial turbulence to the housing market caused by our government, losing a buyer and dealing with a bereavement of our mother, Abbie, Neil, Nikki together with the rest of the team were so supportive. We cannot speak highly enough of them all.

Excellent service and stress free house selling experience!

We were very pleased with the service we received from Housefox from our initial contact, valuation, great rate given, professional photography service and how the appointments and viewings were dealt with to the sale and completion. All the staff were friendly and professional, very approachable and pushed things along with the solicitors when the time lines were under pressure through the chain. Thanks to all the staff for making our selling process a fairly smooth and stress free experience!

I had excellent service from Housefox!

I had excellent service from start to finish in particular Niki Urch was incredibly helpful and when things needed to be chased on either side she did it without me even asking twice. Neil Urch was also brilliant not only did he sell my house within one day of going on to the market he also k ew exactly what I was looking for to buy and found me my next forever home. What an amazing team and company second to none service. I would highly recommend Housefox to everyone I know!

Excellent service throughout.

First class service throughout the whole process. Our Agent Jake McCabe guided us flawlessly through the whole buying/selling process. Nothing was too much trouble. From tirelessly chasing queries or acting as the middle man to facilitate completion due to a tight deadline . He was always available at the end of the phone with a solution. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
