A Brilliant 5* Experience Again

We have been fortunate enough to sell and purchase various properties through House Fox over the years and once again we received a great 5* service from the start to completion. Neil and his team were on the case from the beginning. Sensible and valued advice and always kept us updated. Towards the end nearing exchange / completion we had an major issue with the start of the chain but Neil jumped on this problem and rectified the situation within a few days which all meant we could complete at the end of March. Do not go anywhere else, these are the guys you want to sell your house through. Massive Thanks to Neil and his professional team for fantastic service. Cannot recommend House Fox enough. Thank you.

House Fox Sell House Quickly

Very approachable and knowledgable of their local market. Sensible advice and once chosen the property was listed on the Internet within 48hours. Plenty of well composed images generated immediate viewings. From listing to completion just 8 weeks. Thank you. These are the guys to sell with.

Neil and the whole team were exceptionally professional from our first meeting. From the very first contact will Neil…

From the very first contact will Neil and the team nothing was to much trouble ,from marketing the house to completion ,they were always on the end of a phone call,Niki kept us constantly updated and helped with chasing up solicitors ,I can see why they win so many awards ,I would highly recommend House Fox 100%.

Thank you House Fox for all your help with our sale during difficult times. The clear and honest advice was really helpful in our decision making and the support from the office staff was exceptional from arranging viewings to supporting the whole selling process, keeping us informed at every step of the way.

So glad we chose House Fox

Of the many moves we’ve had over the years, the experience with House Fox was by far the best. We had no worries about anything. James was so knowledgeable, and marketed our home perfectly. The professional photographer was marvellous, and the results stunning. The office girls were brilliant and kept us informed at every stage. James Cole has been a fantastic support…

James Cole has been a fantastic support whilst I have been viewing properties to finally getting an offer accepted on a house. He is knowledgeable, honest, and very reliable - always giving useful advice and happy to liaise with the sellers to answer my many questions regarding the property. If in the future, I ever sell the house, I would most definitely use House Fox and request that James Cole is the estate agent.

When we listed with house fox they sold…

When we listed with house fox they sold our flat within 2 weeks unfortunately the buyer pulled out, they then sold it again for us and the sake thing happened, they then proceeded to agree a sale for a third time which we finally managed to get over the line! it was a stressful experiance but house fox were amazing from start to finish,

First class Estate Agents

Customers come first in the company, Housefox lead you through all the steps you require. Professional touches from all staff, especially Neil and Max. Nothing was too much trouble, Dave did a great job showing clients around our property. Excellent photos of the house taken by James. Plenty of viewers through the door and second viewings. Smooth move with a great Estate Agents, bang up to date with the times. Loved the 360 degree tour of our house, memories that we can look back on. All staff friendly and helpful regardless if who we spoke to. Thanks Housefox definitely leaders of Estate Agents.

Good service

They were clear from the outside. Communication was very good, text messages when appointments made and I was given feedback after appointments if applicable. When the sale was going through there was regular communication and I felt fully informed throughout the process.
