Truly Professional and Personable
We contacted Neil to arrange a viewing for a property. We are relocating from some distance and Neil was extremely understanding regarding the flexibility of timing for the appointment. Unfortunately the house went under offer before we arrived and Neil was helpful and professional when advising us of this. He has continued to offer us huge support and advice, being in touch to enquire if he may be of assistance from time to time but not at all in a pushy way. In fact sometimes it almost feels like we re having a catch up with an old friend! Now having identified a suitable area in which we would like to live he is leaving no stone unturned to enable us to achieve our dream home; as part of the service he offers he has referred us to a mortgage adviser as we are now needing a larger budget due to our choices! Again this adviser has given us very thorough and knowledge advice - a pleasure to talk to.
